The purpose of this initiative is to strengthen the knowledge and professional skills of our team members, as well as individuals who aspire to build a career in the hospitality industry.

Our training program lasts three months and is designed to reflect real working conditions at every stage. Participants who successfully complete the program receive a certificate based on a performance-based grading system.

Through experienced trainers and a structured curriculum, we aim to enhance service quality, contribute to the development of hospitality standards, and cultivate a strong culture of professionalism.
